Important reminder
When reissuing a ticket with a lower fare value, you must simultaneously issue a non-refundable EMD (code RSVT RFIC D/99I) for the residual amount. If your GDS does not support this functionality, do not exchange the ticket as we will complete the process for you via this webform.
